My Story

I'm Denise Hurd, a luxury real estate specialist serving Metro Phoenix, including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Gilbert, Mesa and nearby communities. With over 34 years of experience, I help buyers and sellers feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the process, whether they're moving up, scaling down, or making a lifestyle change.

I work with luxury homes, custom builds, estate properties, and both resale and new construction. I also help clients navigate both upgrades and downgrades from their current homes, making sure each move fits their goals, timing, and budget. I'm known for paying attention to the details, communicating quickly and clearly, and keeping things moving smoothly, especially when transactions get complex.
